2008.09.01～02の健康記録

気がつけば9月。
今年も残すところ4ヶ月ですね。

・・・はやすぐる。

そっからさらに4ヶ月もすれば、32歳になってしまいます。

・・・いやすぐる。

「30歳デビュー」するはずだったのに。

体重に関して言えば、年内65kgが目標なので、
32歳までには60～62くらいになりたいなー。

もう少し生活にも気をつけて、健康増進の方向で。
・・・いい年ですから。orz

さて、9月最初の体重記録。

０１日：67．2kg。

増加でスタート。
前の晩にカレー作って食べたせい？

０２日：66．8kg。

66台に復帰。
今月中に65台に踏み入れたいなー。
8月の推移の調子だと厳しいけど・・・
