計ったのも書いてるのも3日だけど、いつものことということで。
2日は珍しく朝シフトだったんだけど、寄り道して帰って、
とりあえずスーツ脱いで、何をする気も起きず横になって・・・
気がついたら朝。
本屋の開いてる時間に会社を出られたのが嬉しくて、
旭屋を１階から８階まで見て回ったら、疲れたみたい。（貧弱）
で、さっきお風呂入って、計測して・・・
67.0ｋｇ
でした。
おぉー。
昨日、ご飯も食べずに寝ちゃったからね。ｗ
明日の夜は実家に帰る予定なんで、ここで増量予定。
その後、しっかりお盆まで減らしにかからないと、
お盆は大幅に増加かが予想されるので。ｗ
お盆に６７前後で突入して、６８台で終えることができれば、
今月を６６台で終えられるような気がする。
うん、順調。（皮算用含むｗ）
